Cluster headaches are often treated by doctors in a variety of different ways but unfortunately, many of us have to suffer whether we are treated by a doctor or not. That is why many of us are looking for natural cures for clusterheadaches, something that seems elusive for some but for others has provided relief beyond measure. I'm going to tell you, however, there are a number of different reasons why you might be experiencing cluster migraine headaches and you're going to need to figure out why you are having them if you want any chance at all of being able to treat them naturally. One thing that you might want to try for your cluster headaches is taking a little bit of sea salt. Natural sea salt has helped many individuals to overcome migraines and a lack of the minerals that are contained in the salts seems to be one of the causes. If this works for you, be very happy that you were able to find a simple cure for such a difficult situation. Of course, you should make sure that you increase your water intake whenever you're taking sea salt in order to keep things balanced within your body. You might also find that you're dehydrated and that is causing your migraine headaches. Dehydration is very normal and almost all of us are a least a little bit short on water in our bodies. Whenever our body does not have water, it tries to find the water anywhere it can and if it takes it out of cells in that area of your body, it might be causing the cluster headaches that you are experiencing. This, also, is easy to remedy. Simply drink half of your body weight in ounces of water every day with a little bit of sea salt every time you drink a cup of water. If it is going to help, you will notice a difference within a few days or a week.
